Olabisi Ajala's Daughter

An African Abroad Part 1 Aurora Mizutani (born Dupelola Osaretin Ajala) is the daughter of the renowned Journalist Olabisi Ajala. Aurora’s father’s story began in North Africa, where Moshood Adisa Olabisi Ajala originated.
We know that Moshood Adisa Olabisi Ajala travelled to America and succeeded greatly. Aurora always wondered how her father gained his notoriety. From articles in local newspapers to being cast for parts in Hollywood movies. The only answer Aurora could come up with to explain her father’s spurt in his exploits is by him having been given a leg up. Olabisi Ajala frequented Roosevelt University, in Chicago, USA. Aurora, the daughter of Olabisi Ajala, thinks it wouldn't be surprising if her father had been recruited into a fraternity. She is familiar with the impact of fraternity among peers. A brotherhood that goes beyond scholastic fleeting friendships and is an everlasting bond forged on Campus. The impact of having a fraternity support you, can be colossal. Many of the politicians we see today were forged in that mould. Another interesting fact about Aurora’s father Olabisi Ajala, is his biography, which was edited by one of his common-law wives whilst he was living in Australia. Australia is one of the many countries that Olabisi Ajala visited. Olabisi Ajala wrote extensively about Australia’s economic and social situation in his acclaimed narrative “An African Abroad”. Olabisi Ajala’s daughter Aurora is a highly skilled writer with an impressive educational background. She holds a degree in English Literature and Creative Writing from London Metropolitan University and is also an alumna of Kansai Gaidai University in Osaka, Japan. Aurora, like her father Olabisi Ajala, has had the opportunity to meet with several heads of state and has had some noteworthy experiences.
These experiences include meetings with the late Queen Elizabeth II and her husband Prince Philip, the late Duke of Edinburgh, Jeremy Corbyn MP, and former UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson. Aurora has also written her memoirs in a book of the same title as her father’s. The autobiographical book "An African Abroad" was written by Dupelola Osaretin Ajala, who married a Japanese national in 2016 and now goes by the name Aurora Mizutani. Aurora was born in Nigeria, West Africa, and relocated to Italy at the age of three, with her mother and two sisters. During the early 1980s, Aurora’s father Olabisi Ajala, visited Aurora, her mother, and her two sisters in Italy on one memorable occasion. Aurora attended schooling in Italy until the age of fourteen when she moved to London, in the United Kingdom. Like her father Olabisi Ajala before her, Aurora was also arrested. At seventeen years of age, Aurora lived under the childcare system in London and was remanded into custody, where she had the dubious pleasure of experiencing incarceration first-hand. Around 1993, Aurora began working odd jobs, but she was mostly an exotic dancer and skirted her way around drug misuse. After travelling around Europe and the West Indies, Aurora got married to her first husband in 2003 and moved to East Yorkshire, England.
In 2007, Aurora gave birth to a son after meeting a Russian man following her separation from her husband. A series of unfortunate events compelled Aurora to return to school in 2009. As words became her vocation, Aurora wrote and published her first Children’s Illustrated Storybook. Aurora, who was still married to her first husband, authored a book named "Little Boy & Mr Scary Snake" under the pseudonym D. A-Gravill, which is her ex-husband's surname. The Children’s Illustrated Storybook, "Little Boy & Mr Scary Snake", was initially published in 2012. Aurora was amazed to discover the surprising similarities between her father’s life and her own. Aurora also embarked on a journey to Japan and furthered her studies in Osaka. In the years that followed, Aurora Mizutani wrote a satirical travel guide called "Easy Japan”, which was published in the year 2022. Aurora didn't aim to replicate her father's remarkable achievements but being aware of her strong lineage motivated her. Aurora believes that a truly impressive accomplishment would be for all the children of Moshood Adisa Olabisi Ajala to come together and honour the memory of their remarkable father.
